Standards of Business Conduct:
As we expand our services with global thrust, we must continue to build on our company’s strong reputation for integrity and ethical behavior. We must guide our actions with a clear understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, our policies and procedures, and shared ethical principles and values. These Standards of Business Conduct reflect our shared values and our collective commitment to THEME’s high standards. The Standards inform each THEME employee of our ethical and legal obligations to THEME, our customers, society and each other. Everyone at THEME is responsible for understanding and complying with these Standards. Every year, each THEME employee will be required to confirm that he/she has read, understood and complied with these Standards of Business Conduct.
THEME Global Supplier Standards of Conduct:
Suppliers play an important role in helping THEME fulfill its Public Safety Mission. Although our Suppliers are independent entities, their actions and decisions when doing business with or on behalf of THEME can impact our business and reputation for integrity. THEME expects Suppliers to embrace its commitment to integrity and high standards for moral and ethical conduct. All Suppliers, their employees, agents and subcontractors are expected to comply with these Global Supplier Standards of Conduct and THEME’s Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy.
THEME Anti-bribery & Corruption Policy:
As a global company, THEME must comply with the anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations of every country in which THEME operates, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and the UK Bribery Act. These standards are minimum standards that apply to all employees, THEME’s MD, BOD and all other members of THEME’s management team and any third parties that work with or on behalf of or are associated with THEME . The Anti-bribery & Corruption Policy was created to state THEME’s zero tolerance approach to bribery and to provide direction to assist in the prevention of bribery and corruption.
